UK DELIVERY

Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified at the time of ordering. These are estimated shipping times and not guaranteed. If we become aware of any possible delays or changes in inventory status we will notify you via e-mail. We will email you when your order is dispatched to you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Our international deliveries will be one of the following - DHL International - 2 to 5 working days dependent upon country of destination - Royal Mail International - 7 to 10 working days dependent upon country of destination. This does not apply to customised made to order items.

DELIVERY METHODS

Our order processing and packaging time is normally 2 working days (this does not include weekends). Our delivery services will be one of the following: - Parcel Force Tracked 24 hours -2 working days - Royal Mail Second Class Standard - 3-5 working days. RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, just return the product to us within 14 days from the day following delivery of the goods following the instructions below, and we will exchange or refund it. It is important that any unwanted item is returned in FULL in a reasonable condition. We would expect this to mean: - Items are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition - It is undamaged and unused with all, if applicable, pieces intact and enclosed. You can only return an item by post if you ordered it online or by phone. To return items by post, please use the prepaid returns label on your invoice, fill out the returns form by circling appropriately the reason code and the date of your return. When this has been completed and attached, take your returns shipment to your nearest post office. It is imperative that you get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Royal Mail charges if returned via the postal system. We will reimburse any additional reasonable delivery charges shown on your proof of purchase, provided you return the full order. Please allow 5 working days for us to process your returns and refunds from receipt of your returned item or items.

All products are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, so please be aware that recipients outside the EU may have to pay import duty or other taxes. Our local delivery partners may also charge fees for processing import duties. You can only return your item by DHL Express if you ordered it online or by phone. To return items by DHL Express, please use the prepaid DHL Express Airway bill enclosed with your parcel. You will also need to complete the blank returns invoice for customs purposes enclosed with your shipment and have this ready for collection with the Airway bill. SPOT CLEANING

Spot clean Seat Covers including leather, maetal & plastic parts with a clean cloth using mild detergent and water.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Seat cover parts can be washed as follows:

• Wash by hand in lukewarm water using mild detergent
• Line Dry/Drip Dry, avoid direct sunlight if possible when drying
• Do Not machine wash,Do Not Tumble Dry Do Not Iron, Avoid using any strong acidic or akaline liquids to clean including bleach.

As well as being straight forward to fit we include a detailed fitting guide with each cover to ensure any issues are avoided. Can seat covers be used on seats with airbags?

Yes, we pay particular attention to all car or van safety measures as standard from the beginning of the design process. We take customer safety extremely seriously and any models of our Inka seat covers that are compatible with an airbag have been tested rigorously and adhere to all industry standard tolerances and practices. If you are thinking of purchasing a seat cover for an original airbag compatible seat, please ensure the Inka seat cover is stated as airbag compatible in the description or contact us if you are unsure.
