Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified at the time of ordering. These are estimated shipping times and not guaranteed. Our international deliveries will be one of the following - DHL International - 2 to 5 working days dependent upon country of destination - Royal Mail International - 7 to 10 working days dependent upon country of destination. This does not apply to customised made to order items.

RETURNS POLICY

You can only return an item by post if you ordered it online or by phone. To return items by post, please use the prepaid returns label on your invoice, fill out the returns form by circling appropriately the reason code and the date of your return. When this has been completed and attached, take your returns shipment to your nearest post office. It is imperative that you get a receipt from the post office as proof of postage. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Royal Mail charges if returned via the postal system. We will reimburse any additional reasonable delivery charges shown on your proof of purchase, provided you return the full order. Spot clean Seat Covers including leather, maetal & plastic parts with a clean cloth using mild detergent and water.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Seat cover parts can be washed as follows:

• Wash by hand in lukewarm water using mild detergent
• Line Dry/Drip Dry, avoid direct sunlight if possible when drying
• Do Not machine wash,Do Not Tumble Dry Do Not Iron, Avoid using any strong acidic or akaline liquids to clean including bleach.

We take customer safety extremely seriously and any models of our Inka seat covers that are compatible with an airbag have been tested rigorously and adhere to all industry standard tolerances and practices. If you are thinking of purchasing a seat cover for an original airbag compatible seat, please ensure the Inka seat cover is stated as airbag compatible in the description or contact us if you are unsure.
